The Palladium Series PLS-0300 Lat Pulldown is a plate-loaded pulling station built for back development. Diverging movement arms follow the natural path of the lats for a complete contraction, while an adjustable thigh restraint anchors the user for heavy loading. Independent arms allow balanced bilateral or unilateral pulling.
